HCL Technologies to help Fiskars Group in digital transformation

HCL Technologies (HCL) has entered into a multi-year agreement with Finnish conglomerate Fiskars Group which owns lifestyle brands such as Fiskars, Iittala, Gerber, Waterford, Royal Copenhagen, and Wedgwood.

Fiskars Group is partnering with the Indian IT services company to help the former achieve its strategic goals and to drive its digital transformation initiatives for an immersive omnichannel experience for their end customers as well as consumers.

HCL Technologies will enable the Finnish group to standardize and harmonize its IT and business processes, drive transformation in its operating model and grow overall digital maturity.
