HCL Technologies (HCLTech) has secured an expanded multi-year contract from American confectionery giant Mondelēz International to boost the latter’s cybersecurity and transform digital workplace services around the world.
According to HCLTech, Mondelēz International for supporting its hybrid workplace model deployed the company’s BigFix platform. This is for automating the identification and remediation of possible vulnerabilities for ensuring all endpoints such as servers, laptops, and mobile devices are secured continuously and compliant.

HCLTech said that it will make use of its capabilities in automation and artificial intelligence (AI) to enable Mondelēz International to offer an intuitive, on-demand customized user experience and expedited issue resolution to its more than 110,000 employees in 79 countries.
Additionally, for underpinning the continuous enhancement and automation of the employee experience at Mondelēz International, the Indian IT company will build a digital experience office.
