HCL Technologies rolls out AEX 1.2 digital workplace solution
HCL Technologies said that it has rolled out HCL AEX 1.2, a new version of HCL AEX, which is an end-to-end digital workplace solution designed for handling IT complexity, transforming employee experience, and promoting productivity.
According to the Indian technology company, AEX improves user productivity by resolving issues with systems and applications pre-emptively by using unassisted automation and self-heal mechanism.
The end-to-end digital workplace solution increases employee experience by addressing the daily requests for IT and business services via a unified enterprise digital marketplace as well as an artificial intelligence-powered cognitive virtual assistant.
HCL Technologies claimed that business stakeholders can extract valuable and actionable insights with the monitoring and reporting of user experience.
New features of the updated HCL AEX solution include automated software installation on end-user devices, upgraded user interface, advanced reporting capabilities, a unified administration portal for configuration in the backend, capability for file attachments, improved queue management, and more out-of-box automation scripts.
The aim of HCL AEX 1.2 is to further strengthen the hybrid work environment and it helps enterprises in being digitally resilient, engaging, and more productive, said HCL Technologies.
