Indian dairy company Hatsun Agro Product (HAP) said that commercial production at its milk and milk products plant in Solapur, Maharashtra, which was newly commissioned.

Hatsun Agro Product said that the new dairy factory in Solapur has a milk handling capacity of six lakh liters per day (LLPD).

The Solapur milk and milk products plant is expected to help the Chennai-based dairy company to cope up with the marker requirements of Maharashtra and Goa States.

Last month, Hatsun Agro Product achieved commercial production at a newly installed paneer manufacturing facility in Udhiyur, Dharapuram in Tamil Nadu.

The paneer manufacturing facility in Dharapuram has a capacity of 5 MT per day.
