Harbor Wholesale wraps up acquisition of Rich & Rhine Wholesale

Harbor Wholesale has completed its previously announced acquisition of rival US convenience distributor .

Rich & Rhine Wholesale will continue to independently operate from its distribution center based in , Oregon under the leadership of Ron Squires, its current president. The distribution company supplies to convenience stores in the Pacific Northwest.

Currently, operates distribution centers in Lacey in Washington, Roseburg in Oregon and now in Portland as Rich & Rhine Wholesale, a Harbor Wholesale Company.

According to Harbor Wholesale, the acquisition of Rich & Rhine Wholesale gives it the scope to set up a Portland hub to cater to the more densely populated markets across Northwest Oregon and Southwest Washington.

The enlarged convenience distributor will serve 4,500 plus independent retailers across the Northwest with collective buying power to improve customer profitability.
