Happiest Minds wraps up acquisition of Sri Mookambika Infosolutions

Happiest Minds Technologies has wrapped up the previously announced acquisition of Madurai-based IT services company Sri Mookambika Infosolutions (SMI).

The Indian multinational technology company informed stock exchanges that the integration process and the subsequent conditions to closing of the deal have been completed on 7 June 2023.

Happiest Minds Technologies announced the deal in January 2023.

Sri Mookambika Infosolutions is a company specializing in providing product engineering services to its clients in the United States. Its core focus areas include enterprise applications and integrations, digital data platform services, DevSecOps, and mobility services.

The company is known for its agile delivery approach, utilizing established and industry-standard software engineering and development practices to deliver successful engagements.

With a team of over 400 offshore-based employees, Sri Mookambika Infosolutions has achieved an annual run rate in revenues of approximately $9 million. The company’s expertise and capabilities have positioned it as a trusted provider in the industry.
