Happiest Minds Technologies Q3 FY22 PAT up by 16% to Rs 49cr

Happiest Minds Technologies Limited has reported a profit after tax (PAT) of INR 48.92 crores for the third quarter of the fiscal year 2022 (Q3 FY22), an increase of 16.1% compared to INR 42.15 crores in the same period of the previous fiscal year.

The Indian digital transformation and IT services company earned revenues of INR 377.8 crores during the reported quarter ended 31 December 2021, which is a 44.2% growth compared to INR 262 crores earned in Q3 FY21.

Its diluted earnings per share (EPS) for Q3 FY22 was INR 3.38, which is a 17% increase year-over-year.

Happiest Minds Technologies said that its number of clients as of 31 December 2021 stood at 195, of which 11 were added during the reported quarter. The company’s workforce stood at 4,021 as of 31 December 2021.
