Godrej Properties wins bid for two premium housing projects in Gurugram

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), a premier real estate developer in India, announced today that it has won the bid to develop two group housing plots on Golf Course Road in Gurugram.

Godrej Properties secured the Letter of Intent for the project through an e-auction conducted by the Haryana Shehri Vikas Pradhikaran (HSVP).

Golf Course Road, where the two parcels of land are located, is a well-known micro-market known for its upscale residential and commercial properties, marking it as an appealing destination for real estate projects. The area is highly coveted due to its well-planned infrastructure and proximity to major landmarks, which provide a high-quality lifestyle and convenient connectivity to residents.

The two projects, situated on prime plots spanning 2.76 acres and 5.15 acres respectively, are projected to generate a combined revenue potential of approximately INR 3,100 crores based on the current business assumptions.
