Godrej Properties secures prime land for luxury development in North Bengaluru

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL), a top-tier real estate developer in India, has strategically acquired approximately 7 acres of prime land in Thanisandra, North Bengaluru, to develop a high-end residential project. The project is expected to feature premium residential apartments of various configurations, with an estimated developable potential of around 9 lakh square feet and an anticipated revenue potential of approximately INR 1,200 crore.

Located along Thanisandra Main Road, this land parcel benefits from excellent connectivity to major highways and social-commercial zones, including the Kempegowda International Airport, NH44, and the Outer Ring Road. Thanisandra is emerging as a vibrant hub for both commercial and residential real estate, equipped with a robust infrastructure that includes schools, malls, tech parks, and special economic zones (SEZs).
