Godrej Properties announces new redevelopment project in Wadala, Mumbai

Indian real estate developer Godrej Properties has announced a new redevelopment project in Wadala, Mumbai on a land parcel spread over 7.5 acres.

Godrej Properties said that the Wadala redevelopment project will offer nearly 1.6 million square feet of saleable area, which will mainly comprise residential apartments having various configurations.

According to the Mumbai-based real estate developer, the land parcel is located in a marquee residential area and is near the Matunga Five Gardens.

Godrej Properties said that the Wadala residential apartments project, on its eastern side, will provide uninterrupted views of the eastern seaboard.
