Frasers Group to acquire online women’s fashion retailer Missguided

Frasers Group plc, a British retail and intellectual property (IP) group, said that it has purchased certain IP of Missguided Limited, an online women’s fashion retailer, for £20 million in cash.

The acquisition also involves Mennace Limited and Missguided (IP) Limited.

Missguided Limited and Mennace Limited are currently in administration.

After the closing of the deal, Missguided will be operated under a transitional agreement by the administrator for a period of nearly eight weeks. Following this, Missguided is intended to be operated as an independent business within Frasers Group.
