FlexITy Solutions acquires Rally Enterprises’ managed IT business services

FlexITy Solutions, a Canadian smart technology and service solutions provider, has acquired the managed IT business services unit of Rally Enterprises for an undisclosed price.

Rally Enterprises is a Canadian internet and telecommunications company.

According to FlexITy Solutions, the managed services division of Rally Enterprises will further complement the integration and managed services it already provides.

Furthermore, the addition of Rally Enterprises’ team will reinforce the capabilities and offerings of FlexITy Solutions.

For Rally Enterprises, the sale of its managed IT business services business will enable it to concentrate on its growing residential services.
