Eurazeo in talks to invest in French veterinary clinics group Sevetys

French investment company Eurazeo revealed that it has entered into exclusive talks to invest in Sevetys, a France-based group of veterinary clinics.

Established in 2017, Sevetys has more than 300 veterinary clinics in France.

Eurazeo said that its investment in the French veterinary clinic chain will be made by the funds managed by Eurazeo Mid Cap teams.

The global investment group said that the financial details of the potential deal will be announced after the ongoing discussions.

The deal will be subject to the consultation process of the employees’ representative bodies as well as the approval from Autorité de la concurrence, the French competition authority.
