Enterprise SEO company Botify raises $55m in Series C round

Botify, an end-to-end SEO management solutions provider, has raised $55 million in a Series C funding round led by private equity firm InfraVia Growth.

The funding round also saw French national investment bank Bpifrance take part through its Large Venture fund. Eurazeo and Ventech, the existing investors of the enterprise SEO platform, took part in the Series C round.

Botify offers its clients a set of analytics to understand and boost the discoverability of their websites by search engines. Along with insights across the entire search funnel, the enterprise SEO company offers AI-powered recommendations and the ability for automating time- and resource-intensive SEO implementations for driving real business outcomes.

Botify said that the proceeds from the Series C round will help scale its SEO management solution to address the increased market demand. The enterprise SEO company said that the funding reflects the strategic part played by organic search in driving long-term, profitable growth.

Based in New York City, Botify also has offices in Seattle, London, Paris, and Singapore. The end-to-end SEO management solutions provider had raised $20 million in its Series B funding round in February 2019

Founded in 2012, Botify is said to be used by more than 500 global companies across engaged in e-commerce, media and publishing, travel, classifieds, and other businesses. Clients of the enterprise SEO company include Expedia, Marriott, Macy’s Farfetch, Crate & Barrel, L’Oréal, Groupon, Carvana, FNAC Darty, Github, and The New York Times.

Botify also has partnership with technology and services majors such as Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Google Cloud, WordPress VIP, Chameleon Collective, Jellyfish, Foresight Digital, iPullRank, and Contentsquare.
