Scheduled for customer trials in April 2024, with a commercial rollout expected in the first quarter of 2025, Eicher’s SCV vehicle introduces an electric variant as its first offering. This move highlights the company’s focus on sustainability and clean mobility solutions, with plans to expand into clean diesel and CNG variants. Developed and manufactured in India, particularly in Bhopal’s state-of-the-art facility, the product stands as a testament to the government’s Make in India initiative.

Eicher’s commitment extends beyond product innovation to include best-in-class aftermarket experience. The vehicles feature 100% connectivity through the Uptime Centre, utilizing AI for remote diagnostics to minimize downtime. Integrated with ‘My Eicher’ fleet management, the trucks offer valuable performance insights. Eicher’s network boasts over 850 touchpoints, including more than 425 authorized service centers and over 8000 retail centers, ensuring comprehensive support. With ‘Eicher Site Support’ available at more than 240 locations, the company ensures seamless assistance, including training, prompt parts delivery, and convenient annual maintenance contracts.
