This move, valued at $1.25 million in restricted ECD stock, marks ECD’s first acquisition as a publicly traded entity and broadens its offering to include custom , such as the iconic Ford Mustang.

The acquisition will introduce a third production line to ECD’s expansive 100,000-square-foot facility in Kissimmee, Florida. Production of the newly added classic Ford Mustangs and other American muscle cars is set to begin in May, with expectations to roll out the first new product by August. Wallace also highlighted the strategic importance of tapping into the classic car ecosystem, which represents an addressable market of approximately $15 billion. By entering one of the largest models within this space, ECD aims to enhance its presence among restomod enthusiasts and leverage its expertise in to include American classics.
