Dredging Corporation of India (DCI) said that it has started the maintenance dredging at Approach Channel, Entrance Channel, Turning Circle, Docks, Mahanadi and Sand Trap of Paradip Port Trust in Paradip, Odisha for the year 2021-22.
Under the contract, Dredging Corporation of India will be responsible for dredging a quantity of seven million M3.
The Visakhapatnam-based company will be deploying DCI TSHD Dredge-XX and DCI Dredge-XVII for the period May 2021 to mid March 2022.
The total contract cost is INR 98 Crores.
Founded in 1976, Dredging Corporation of India offers dredging services to the major ports across India.
