Dickinson Fleet Services acquires Truck PM Plus from Bridgestone Americas

Dickinson Fleet Services (DFS), a US-based mobile fleet service provider, has acquired Truck PM Plus, a truck and trailer maintenance provider, from tire and rubber company Bridgestone Americas for an undisclosed price.

Truck PM Plus, which has service locations in Florida, Texas, California and Illinois, provides mobile services, shop services, and on-site services.

Headquartered in Florida, the services of the truck and trailer maintenance provider includes maintenance and repair of all makes of diesel trucks, trailers and tractors.

Dickinson Fleet Services expects the acquisition of Truck PM Plus to help it grow its service area. The transaction will also help the mobile fleet service provider add qualified, experienced repair and maintenance technicians to its fold.

For Dickinson Fleet Services, the acquisition of Truck PM Plus is its third in the last six months and the fourth it has executed in partnership with Ridgemont Equity Partners which invested in the former in 2017.

It follows the mid-June acquisition of the mobile fleet service provider of Outsource Fleet Services, a provider of vehicle maintenance and repair solutions in Chicago, Columbus, Dallas/Fort Worth, Atlanta and Southern California.

Dickinson Fleet Services said that the acquisition have helped it expand its service offerings and footprint significantly.
