Dhanuka Agritech launches TORNADO herbicide for weeds in oilseed crops

Dhanuka Agritech has launched a new herbicide for weeds in oilseed crops, called TORNADO (Quizalofop ethyl 7.5% + Imazethapyr 15% EC) in India.

According to the Indian agrochemical company, TORNADO is a wide range herbicide for post-emergence control of broadleaf and narrow leaf weeds. It is said to have a dual-mode of action and high translocation activity.

Dhanuka Agritech said that multiple weed growth has caused huge challenges for farmers in the cultivation of crops for a long time.

As per the agrochemical company, the weeds infest crops and compete for moisture, sunlight, as well as soil space.

Weeds provide shelter to various types of insects, pests, and diseases. They also act as alternate hosts, while the crop is not able to get proper nutrients.

Dhanuka Agritech said that the TORNADO herbicide will make the life of farmers easy and provide full protection to their crops from unwanted weeds.
