Data Recognition Corporation acquires Measurement Research Associates

Minnesota-based Data Recognition Corporation (DRC), which develops testing programs for the education market, has acquired Measurement Research Associates (MRA), a unit of North Carolina-based educational testing company Measurement Incorporated, for an undisclosed price.

Founded in 1985, Measurement Research Associates has been engaged in offering customized psychometric services to certification and licensure boards and associations. The company mainly works with medical and dental specialty certification and licensure boards and associations and its services are said to cover all aspects of test development and also psychometric analysis.
