Dalfen Industrial acquires industrial property in Henderson, Nevada

Dalfen Industrial, a Texas-based real estate investment manager, has acquired an additional industrial property in Henderson, Nevada for an undisclosed price.

The acquired 40,817 square foot industrial property located at 1080 Mary Crest Rd. is fully occupied by a long-term tenant at a below market rent.

Sean Dalfen — Dalfen Industrial President and Chief Investment Officer said: “Our acquisition of a third property in Henderson over the past few months speaks to our belief in the market’s strong last mile fundamentals.

Following the latest acquisition of industrial property in Henderson, Dalfen Industrial owns and operates more than 1.1 million square feet in the Las Vegas and Reno markets.

Last week, Dalfen Industrial acquired a newly developed, three-building industrial park in the Seattle suburb of Tacoma in Washington state.
