Dalfen Industrial, a Texas-based real estate investment manager, has acquired an additional industrial property in , Nevada for an undisclosed price.

The acquired 40,817 square foot industrial property located at 1080 Mary Crest Rd. is fully occupied by a long-term tenant at a below market rent.

Sean Dalfen — President and Chief Investment Officer said: “Our of a third property in Henderson over the past few months speaks to our belief in the market’s strong last mile fundamentals.
