Accenture has been roped in by India-based Cyient to enhance and reinvent its business operations using digital technologies like artificial intelligence (AI) and robotic process automation.
The Dublin-based professional services company is said to be redesigning Cyient’s finance, accounting, information technology (IT), and human resources processes in addition to deploying an AI-based digital platform that will integrate the firm’s operations and technology application architecture for more productivity and agility.
Designed to assist Cyient in enabling predictive and proactive maintenance and automating routine operations, the digital transformation program will empower the company’s employees to concentrate on more important work and help in business growth, said Accenture.

The partnership will utilize the Accenture SynOps platform, which is said to orchestrates the optimal combination of human and machine talent to speed up the journey to digital, data-driven intelligent operations. The Accenture myWizard intelligent automation platform will also be used for Cyient.
