Cyient acquires stake in Azimuth AI to strengthen semiconductor capabilities in ASIC chip development

Cyient, a prominent global provider of Intelligent Engineering services, has announced a 27.3% stake acquisition in Azimuth AI, a fabless ASIC (Application-Specific Integrated Circuit) company celebrated for its innovative energy and power solutions. This investment underscores Cyient’s ambitious growth strategy within the semiconductor industry, as it aims to solidify its capabilities in creating advanced, India-designed ASIC chips for the global market.
