CSC buys corporate loan agency services provider Eddystone Financial Services

In a move to expand its corporate trust and agency solutions in Australasia, CSC, a provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services, has announced the acquisition of Eddystone Financial Services, a firm known for its corporate loan agency services.

The deal strengthens CSC’s foothold in Australia and New Zealand markets, advancing its range of offerings in these regions.

Based in Sydney, Melbourne, and Auckland, Eddystone Financial Services provides facility agent, security trustee, escrow, and other related financial services. Known for its team of seasoned loan agency professionals and high-quality customer service, Eddystone’s integration into CSC will significantly enhance the latter’s range of service offerings.

Prior to this acquisition, Delaware Trust Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of CSC, had entered an exclusive partnership with Eddystone Financial Services. The partnership’s objective was to expand corporate trust and agency solutions in Australasia. With this recent acquisition, CSC not only fortifies its service offerings but also considerably extends its geographical reach in the Australasian markets.
