CPI bucket fabrication business acquired by Time Manufacturing

Time Manufacturing has acquired the fiberglass aerial lift bucket fabrication business of CPI, a manufacturer and supplier of buckets and bucket liners to the aerial lift market in North America.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

CPI is said to be a long-time partner and supplier to Time Manufacturing’s brand – Versalift.

The CPI bucket fabrication business will join Time Manufacturing’s subsidiary BrandFX.

Acquired last year by Time Manufacturing, BrandFX manufactures advanced composite service bodies, toppers, line bodies, and other fiberglass components.

Established in 1984, BrandFX is engaged in designing and producing premium lightweight and durable composite truck bodies.
