Cordia offers to acquire Blind Pig Restaurant in Las Vegas

Cordia Corporation, an owner, investor and innovator in hospitality and restaurants, intends to acquire The Blind Pig, the owner of Blind Pig Restaurant in Las Vegas.

In this connection, the parties have signed a letter of intent to undertake the transaction.

The Blind Pig Restaurant, which serves classic American dishes, is located at 4515 Dean Martin Drive across from the Las Vegas Strip and about a mile from the new Las Vegas Raiders Stadium.

In 2019, there were more than 42,000,000 visitors in Las Vegas, of which several of them are said to have stayed within close proximity of the Blind Pig restaurant.

Furthermore, Allegiant Stadium, which is on the same street as the restaurant, is likely to host 65,000 spectators for the NFL and also for bowl games, concerts, and other significant events.

Peter Klamka – CEO of Cordia Corporation said: “We look forward to integrating  Blind Pig into our growth as a public company. We believe it will be the foundation in the Las Vegas market for our branded virtual restaurants, delivery business and will remain as a premiere dine in location.”

The Blind Pig is owned by a limited liability company that is controlled and handled by Peter Klamka.

The transaction is expected to be completed within 45 days, subject to customary due diligence and various assignments.
