Concentric acquires motive power distributor Industrial Power Products

Concentric, a portfolio company of OnPoint Group, has acquired Industrial Power Products, a motive power distributor in the US Mid-South, for an undisclosed price.

This acquisition will grow its service footprint across West Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Mississippi, said Concentric, which is engaged in providing DC power management and maintenance for the critical power and material handling industries.

Industrial Power Products operates seven branch locations, which have service technicians who are said to be factory-trained in repairing battery, charger, and battery handling equipment.

Its digitally-enabled power services are said to complement ConcentricCARE, which is the digital PM platform of Concentric.
