CION Investment acquires financial advisor marketing platform Seven Group

CION Investment Group, an American alternative investment solutions platform, has acquired , a financial advisor marketing, practice management, and content platform.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

According to , the acquisition of the financial advisor marketing platform increases the value-add services it can offer for financial advisors that work with the company.

— CION Investment Group co-CEO said: “As we continue to expand how we serve the advisor community in the most robust way possible, with this integration, we can bring more value to financial advisors while enabling them to have more effective and scalable conversations with prospects and clients.”

Launched in 2020, Seven Group is said to have helped hundreds of advisors grow and market their practices. The financial advisor marketing platform will rebrand as Advisor I/O and its present leadership and team will continue to help advisors expand their practices via content, technology, and coaching.
