Chalet Hotels to develop terminal hotel at Delhi international airport

Chalet Hotels Ltd said that it will develop a 4-star terminal hotel at the Indira Gandhi International Airport in New Delhi at a site located opposite Terminal 3.

In this regard, Chalet Hotels has executed acceptance of the letter of intent to award from the Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) for designing, developing, financing, operating, managing, and maintaining the terminal hotel.

According to the company, the terminal hotel project will be built on a land parcel spanning 2.65 acres.

Delhi International Airport Limited will build a cold shell and façade, while Chalet Hotels will carry out mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) works and interior fit-outs for a proposed 4-star or equivalent such as an upper mid-scale/upper up-scale category hotel with at least 300 guest rooms/keys.
