Capital Community Bank (CCBank) has acquired Security Home Mortgage (SHM), a long-established provider of home mortgage solutions since 1999. This strategic acquisition, which makes SHM an independently operated division of CCBank, strengthens the bank’s growth strategy and financial services portfolio. The acquisition price has not been disclosed.
