Business Insurance Solutions acquired by Inszone Insurance Services

American insurance brokerage firm Inszone Insurance Services has acquired Business Insurance Solutions for an undisclosed price.

Based in Springfield, Oregon, Business Insurance Solutions has been providing insurance solutions to individuals and businesses in Oregon since it was established in 1997.

Business Insurance Solutions marks the first location in Oregon for Inszone Insurance Services. As part of the deal, Inszone Insurance Services will retain the employees of Business Insurance Solutions and the existing location in Springfield.
