Azul said that a nonstop service starting from Sao Paulo – Viracopos hub to Paris Orly airport will start on 26 April 2023. This is the very first South American destination for Paris Orly and the lone nonstop service between the two airports, said the Brazilian airline.

This nonstop service is operated by Azul’s A350-900 aircraft, which has seating in three cabins to accommodate 334 passengers. This includes 33 passengers in Azul Business, 118 seats in Azul Economy Extra, and the remaining 183 in Azul Economy.

There will be six flights per week that run from Wednesday to Monday departing from Azul’s Viracopos hub at 23:00 with a planned arrival time in Paris Orly at 15:30 local.

“Along with Miami/Fort-Lauderdale, Orlando and Lisbon we are putting together a powerful portfolio of international destinations to complement our incredible network here in Brazil. Combined, we can take passengers from 150 destinations in Brazil to France, something that has never been accomplished before!”
