BLS E-Services integrates UMANG services into digital platform

BLS E-Services Limited, a subsidiary of BLS International Services Limited, has successfully integrated UMANG (Unified Mobile Application for New-age Governance) Services into its digital platform.

The platform now provides over 500 e-governance services, aiming to enhance accessibility for citizens across India and abroad.

This strategic alliance with the National e-Governance Division (NeGD) paves the way for broadened access to UMANG services through human-assisted platforms or agents. Now, citizens can seamlessly utilize significant state and central e-governance services, offered in multiple regional languages.

The platform, designed with user-centricity, ensures straightforward access to a wide array of government services and banking facilities. BLS e-Services’ integration of UMANG services revolutionizes citizen-government interactions by providing easy access to a diverse range of services. UMANG currently has over 100,000 global and 5.38 million national users. With BLS E-Services’ and NeGD’s partnership, a significant rise in user numbers is expected, aiming to extend UMANG’s reach to the estimated 32 million NRIs and the Indian population of around 1.41 billion.
