Black Bear Sports acquires Ice Land Skating Center in New Jersey

Black Bear Sports Group has purchased almost all the assets of the , an ice rink located in Hamilton Township, for an undisclosed price.

The Ice Land Skating Center, which features two sheets of ice, is home to youth ice hockey and other ice sports players in the metropolitan Trenton area.

Additionally, Ice Land Skating Center owns and operates the Mercer Chiefs youth hockey club, a Tier I and II travel hockey club, sanctioned by Hockey.

, which was founded in 2015 by Murry Gunty has previously acquired six ice rinks. These include American Heartland Ice Arena located in Lincolnwood, Illinois, Center Ice of Dupage located in Glen Ellyn, Illinois, Piney Orchard Ice Arena located in Odenton, Maryland, Ice World located in Abingdon, Maryland, Seven Bridges Ice Arena located in Woodridge, Illinois, and Printscape Arena at Southpointe located in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania.
