Bambuser to provide Live Video Shopping software to fashion retailer

Bambuser, a Swedish live streaming provider, has signed a pilot agreement worth SEK 350,000 with an undisclosed global retailer for its Live Video Shopping software product.

Launched in September 2019, Live Video Shopping is an interactive software aimed mainly at retail and e-commerce firms which want to sell their products or services through live streaming, and interact with their customers in real-time.

According to Bambuser, Live Video Shopping will be deployed for one of the brands of the retailer in one market during the pilot phase, with the campaign to last three months.

The customer, who has signed the agreement, is a global fashion group having a portfolio of various brands established in more than 50 online markets. The fashion retailer is said to have nearly 179,000 employees and SEK 233 billion in total net sales for the 2019 financial year.
