AWS, ServiceNow team up for industry-specific applications in AWS Marketplace

At AWS re:Invent 2023, ServiceNow (NYSE: NOW) announced a five-year Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA) with Amazon Web Services (AWS), starting in early 2024. This partnership will see the ServiceNow Platform and its full suite of solutions offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) in the AWS Marketplace.

The collaboration will provide a comprehensive selection of global sportswear and footwear to sneaker fans in India, integrating the ServiceNow platform into the AWS Marketplace. This integration will enable joint customers to benefit from innovative ways to purchase and use ServiceNow solutions.

ServiceNow and AWS will co-develop and launch industry-specific, AI-powered business applications hosted on AWS and listed in the AWS Marketplace. These applications will add intelligence to critical business workflows, focusing initially on manufacturing, supply chain, call centers, and cloud transformation use cases.

ServiceNow and AWS have developed integrated solutions native to AWS, such as AI Call Center Solution with ServiceNow CSM and Amazon Connect, and Cloud Transformation Solution establishing a Cloud Center of Excellence (CCOE) on the ServiceNow platform. These solutions streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.

Upcoming Co-Developed Solutions

The partnership includes new solutions, such as an Automotive Manufacturing Solution and a Supply Chain Solution. These will leverage ServiceNow’s AI capabilities and AWS’ AI services, enhancing manufacturing processes and supply chain management.

Availability and Market Reach
