Averhealth acquires Vermont-based healthcare company Aspenti

Averhealth, a substance use monitoring and treatment services provider, with the backing of Five Arrows Capital Partners, has acquired Vermont-based healthcare company Aspenti for an undisclosed price.

Aspenti is a specialist in substance use monitoring and care coordination services for patients of physicians, healthcare systems, and treatment centers.

Established in 2017, Aspenti offers healthcare services and diagnostic testing for addressing population health for substance use management.
