Aurum PropTech reports tripling revenue in Q1 FY2024

Aurum PropTech has announced its consolidated and standalone unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023. The Proptech company witnessed substantial revenue growth of 202%, generating ₹ 44.2 crores in Q1 FY2024, up from ₹ 14.6 crores in Q1 FY2023.

The company’s total income also soared by 203.5%, reaching ₹ 47.7 crores in Q1 FY2024 compared to ₹ 15.7 crores in Q1 FY2023. Additionally, Aurum PropTech achieved a positive EBITDA for the third consecutive quarter, posting ₹ 1.8 crores in Q1 FY2024, contrasting with ₹ (5.7) crores in Q1 FY2023.

In another significant development, Aurum PropTech acquired NestAway Technologies, a strategic move anticipated to bolster its offerings and contribute to the construction of a robust ecosystem in the proptech space.
