AssuredPartners acquires New York-based ENV Insurance Agency

US insurance brokerage firm AssuredPartners has acquired ENV Insurance Agency based in Liverpool, New York, for an undisclosed price.

ENV Insurance Agency, which was founded in 1988, offers insurance and employee benefit advisement to businesses. The insurance agency currently reports annualized revenues of $7.5 million.

According to AssuredPartners, the New York firm’s team of 26 members will continue to work under the operational leadership of Ed Vaughn and Terry Engels.

Earlier this month, AssuredPartners acquired ENV Property & Casualty, which offers clients with customized insurance programs.
