US insurance brokerage firm AssuredPartners has acquired Mainstreet Financial Services, a Seattle-based lawyers professional liability broker, for an undisclosed price.
Mainstreet Financial Services comprises a team of 11 professional liability experts and currently has annualized revenues of $2 million.
The company serves individual attorneys and small private practice law firms with professional liability insurance solutions. According to Duane Crone of Mainstreet Financial Services, the company since 1996 has been a specialist in malpractice insurance for lawyers.
