Ashoka Buildcon Limited has reported a profit after tax (PAT) of INR 96 crores for the second quarter of the financial year 2022 (Q2 FY22), an 8.7% decrease compared to INR 105 crores of profit after tax during the same period of the previous year.
The total income of the Indian construction engineering company for the quarter ended on 30 September 2021 was INR 976 crores, a 5.3% increase compared to INR 927 crores reported in Q2 FY21.
For the first half of FY22, Ashoka Buildcon posted a 13.3% increase at INR 197 crores, compared to INR 174 crores for the same period in FY21.
The company’s total income for H1 FY22 was INR 2,035 crores, a 31.4% increase compared to INR 1,548 crores in HY1 FY21.
Ashoka Buildcon said that its consolidated debt as of 30 September 2021 stands at INR 6,466 crores.
