Arthur J. Gallagher acquires auto insurance agency Remco Insurance Agencies

Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., through its subsidiary – Risk Placement Services (RPS), has acquired Remco Insurance Agencies based in Austin, Texas for an undisclosed price.

Remco Insurance Agencies, which has been operating since 1987, is a retail non-standard auto insurance agency that caters to clients across Texas.

According to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., Rahim Peerbhai along with his associates will continue in their existing locations under the direction of RPS Pronto president Jorge Barcena.
