Founded in 2011 by Danna Markson, LCSW, Mindsoother Therapy Center has been a cornerstone in providing individual, family, and group therapy services. Specializing in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Mindsoother has addressed various mental health issues like eating disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and more.
