Aptean acquires Austrian ERP software provider JET ERP

Aptean, an American provider of mission-critical enterprise software solutions, has acquired JET ERP Betriebsgesellschaft, an Austria-based provider of enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

JET ERP has been operating under the brand — Data Systems – Solutions made in Austria” for over 50 years.

Headquartered in Vienna, JET ERP develops ERP and ancillary solutions for over 350 customers in the manufacturing and construction sectors. The company caters to its clients with its range of accounting, document management, and finance products to control costs, boost operational efficiency, and adapt to the changing logistics industry.

Recently, Aptean is said to have made a considerable commitment to growth in the DACH region by acquiring Modula, Agiles, Ramsauer & Stürmer, and now JET ERP.

According to the US-based firm, its recent investments, which bring robust local focus and rich product features, combined with its scale and deep technical expertise, position it to become a major ERP provider in DACH where the demand for digital business solutions continues to go up rapidly.
