Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels expands with new luxury hotel in Nainital
Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has announced the addition of a new luxury hotel under the renowned brand name THE Park, located in the picturesque foothills of Nainital, Uttarakhand. This new establishment is set to enhance the hospitality offerings in the region, providing a luxurious gateway to the Jim Corbett National Park, India‘s first and most prestigious national park.
Slated to open in Amgarhi, Nainital by October 2025, the new property will feature 65 well-appointed rooms, including unique tree houses designed to merge comfort with the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Guests will enjoy a variety of amenities designed to cater to both leisure and business travelers, including a multi-cuisine restaurant, a contemporary bar, a swimming pool, a spa, and conference facilities. Additionally, the hotel will offer open-air banquet spaces ideal for both social and business gatherings.
The strategic location near the Jim Corbett National Park, known for its tiger richness and ecological significance, positions the hotel as a prime destination for nature enthusiasts and those seeking an escape in the wilderness. The park, established in 1936 as Hailey National Park, plays a crucial role in the conservation of the Indian tiger and other wildlife.
Mr. Vijay Dewan, Managing Director of Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels, expressed enthusiasm about the expansion: “We are excited to announce the expansion of THE Park to a new breathtaking Himalayan destination. This new venture not only promises to bring our signature luxury experiences to guests but also celebrates the rich cultural heritage and pristine natural beauty of the Kumaon region.”
