AMCS acquires fleet maintenance management software firm Dossier Systems
AMCS Group, an Ireland-based supplier of integrated software and vehicle technology, has acquired Dossier Systems for an undisclosed price.
Dossier Systems is an American provider of intuitive fleet maintenance management software solutions. Based in Philadelphia, the company caters to the surface transportation sector.
Its cloud-based solution is designed to automate the control and administration of assets such as fleet vehicles. By leveraging real-time data, the solution is said to unlock the latent productivity and cost savings potential with the help of powerful, customizable reports.
The fleet maintenance software of Dossier Systems enables companies to increase productivity, decrease downtime and maintenance costs, while extending the life of the equipment and reducing costs of parts, inventory, fuel, and tire costs.

Dossier Systems’ team of nearly 50 professionals will join AMCS with the latter to gain 750 new customers through the deal.
