Alba Wheels Up expands logistics services with acquisition of V.T. Mancusi

Southfield Capital’s portfolio company, Alba Wheels Up, a Valley Stream, NY-based provider of logistics services including customs brokerage, freight forwarding, trade compliance, has announced the acquisition of V.T. Mancusi, Inc., a Lawrence, New York-based company specializing in customs brokerage and trade compliance services.

The acquisition mainly serves the flavors and fragrances and related end markets.
