Adroit Infotech to acquire SAP BRIM services firm Verso Altima India

Adroit Infotech Limited, a Pune-based SAP solutions company, said that it has agreed to acquire Verso Altima India Pvt Limited for an undisclosed price.

In this connection, Adroit Infotech has inked a signed a binding share purchase agreement to acquire 100% stake in Verso Altima India, which is a SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (SAP BRIM) services company, based in Mumbai.
