By incorporating OnProcess’s expertise, Accenture aims to facilitate clients’ service order management, drive efficient return processes, track asset movements, and ensure responsible asset reuse or recycling.
OnProcess Technology stands out for its reverse logistics services that span the entirety of the post-sale process, integrating automation, artificial intelligence, and data-driven decision-making to maintain end-to-end visibility from planning to asset recovery.

The collaboration between Accenture and OnProcess is anticipated to provide clients with comprehensive supply chain delivery capabilities coupled with robust after-sales operations. Boston-headquartered OnProcess employs over 1,500 professionals across the United States, India, Costa Rica, and Bulgaria, serving a diverse clientele across industries such as communications, media, technology, medical devices, logistics, and manufacturing.
