Global professional services company Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has strengthened its portfolio with the acquisition of Flutura, an industrial artificial intelligence (AI) company based in Bangalore, India.

The transaction, initially announced on March 21, 2023, has now been finalized with undisclosed terms. The strategic acquisition enhances Accenture’s industrial AI services, catering to clients in energy, chemicals, metals, mining, and pharmaceutical sectors, enabling more efficient operations and faster achievement of net zero goals.
